Where to honeymoon in the Europe or the Mediterranean?

For a honeymoon, you can go to Italy. Start in Venice and ride some boats in the canals, then go to Verona and visit the Balcony of Romeo and Juliet, next to Florence, Siena, Cinqueterre, down to Rome, and if you have time rent a car and drive around the Amalfi coast, spend a night in Positano, and check out Pompeii and Ercolano, and before the last eve of the trip go into the Museo Archeologico Nazionale in Naples and ask for admission into the Gabinetto Segreto to see the old "toys" adults used in the B.C. era. Or you could skip that and take a boat to Capri or Sardinia, or check out Taormina in ENE Sicily.

Another suggestion is to take an Adriatic cruise from Venice and check out Croatia, stopping at numerous islands and get down to Dubrovnik.

London, Paris, Monaco, Rome, and Nice are also great cities to visit and honeymoon. For a honeymoon, I would probably suggest some of the popular Mediterranean cities. If you want something exotic try Morocco. It's not far from Europe and has a lot of different sights to see that you won't find in Europe.

You also can go to Greece for honeymoon- head to Athens, spent 1 day max here looking at all the historical stuff, and then head to the port! From there take a 4 hr. ferry ride to Naxos, Paros, and Santorini. Spent a week there last summer, and it makes my heart drop when I think about it, b/c I wish to go back so badly.

It's a lazy, laidback, beach town. Enjoy yourself, kick back, relax on Naxos, and then take ferries to neighboring islands.
